Objectives of Study：

To provide a more optimized anesthesia program for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

严重脑、肝、肾病史；
穿刺部位有肿瘤或感染；
有严重出血倾向者；
患者对研究中所使用的药物和器材有过敏的现象。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious history of brain, liver and kidney disease;
2. Patients with tumor or infection at the puncture site;
3. Patients with severe bleeding tendency;
4. The patient is allergic to the drugs and equipment used in the study.
