探寻及比较治疗双相抑郁的有效光照强度。

Objectives of Study：

Explore and compare the effective light intensity in the treatment of bipolar depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 甲状腺功能异常；
2. 视力严重受损无光感；
3. 六个月诊断内使用精神活性物质所致精神障碍；
4. 两个月内服用过褪黑素/慢性非甾体抗炎药；
5. 有严重自杀观念/行为。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Thyroid dysfunction;
2. Severely impaired vision without light sense;
3. Diagnosed as Substance Use and Addictive Disorders in the past six months;
4. Have taken melatonin or chronic non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within two months;
5. Have serious suicide ideas / behaviors.
