研究目的：

在慢性乙型肝炎中，HBV促进了CXCR5+CD57+Tfh的过度表达，引起CXCR5+CD57+Tfh细胞过度分泌IL-21和IL-6，诱导HCC的发生，在慢性肝炎向肝硬化和肝癌的转变过程中可能是一个重要的途径和影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

In chronic hepatitis B, HBV promotes the overexperession of CXCR5 + CD57 + Tfh and causes an excessive secretion of IL-21and IL-6, which induces the occurrence of HCC. This could be a key caustic factor in which chronic hepatitis B progresses into cirrhosis and liver cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、排除合并有丙肝感染或者丙肝感染者。
2、排除合并有其他肿瘤者。
3、排除其他类型的肝炎。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those infected with both hepatitis B and hepatitis C or those who have hepatitis C;
2. Patients who have other types of cancer;
3. Patients who have other types of hepatitis.
