探讨肺康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者的临床疗效及T细胞免疫功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training on the clinical efficacy and T cell immune function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at stable stage.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重肝、肾、内分泌疾病患者；
2.严重心脑血管疾病患者；
3.恶性肿瘤患者；
4.精神疾患患者；
5.其他拒绝或不能进行肺康复患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe liver, kidney and endocrine diseases;
2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
3. Patients with malignant tumor;
4. Patients with mental disorders;
5. Other patients who refuse or cannot perform pulmonary rehabilitation.

随机数字表法 通过SPSS统计软件编程产生随机数字，现在软件中进行编号1到100，再在随机数据生成器中设置固定值，再计算变量量，采用函数生成随机数字，对个案排秩并重新编码为不不同变量量，对旧值赋予新值即预先设定产生的随机数字范围为1、2三组，则可将随机数字分配到1或2组。 将程序产生的随机分组结果打印出来，制订编码。由实验者进行随机序列的分配，分配结果通过电话由项目管理者告知。
