研究目的：

单一髂筋膜间隙阻滞对比髂筋膜间隙阻滞复合髂腹股沟神经及髂腹下神经阻滞，对全髋置换手术的镇痛效果的影响，尝试探索更加低风险、微创、镇痛效果更加明确的新型神经阻滞方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Only fascia iliaca compartment block versus fascia iliaca compartment block combined with ilioinguinal-iliohypogastric nerve block for pain control after total hip replacement to explore a new nerve block method with lower risk, minimally invasive and more definite analgesic effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重心肺功能及肝肾功能障碍的患者；
2.对罗哌卡因等局麻药过敏的患者；
3.穿刺部位有感染的患者；
4.有凝血功能障碍的患者；
5.有精神障碍的患者；
6.神经病理性疼痛或慢性疼痛的患者；
7.有其他神经阻滞禁忌症的患者；
8.拒绝实施区域阻滞或者不能配合疼痛评估的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary function and hepatorenal dysfunction;
2. Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics such as ropivacaine;
3. Patients with infection at the puncture site;
4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction;
5. Patients with mental disorders;
6. Patients with neuropathic pain or chronic pain;
7. Patients with other contraindications of nerve block;
8. Patients who refuse to perform regional block or cannot cooperate with pain assessment.
