研究目的：

明确经皮耳迷走神经刺激（taVNS）对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的疗效，为临床治疗提供一种新的选择。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation on dysphagia in stroke, and to provide a new choice for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）其他原因所致的吞咽障碍（如食管疾病、颅内肿瘤、颅脑外伤等）；
2）有严重基础疾病或重要脏器功能损害者；
3）昏迷、严重精神异常、严重认知功能障碍、无法配合相关治疗及评定者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With dysphagia caused by other causes (such as esophageal disease, intracranial tumor, traumatic brain injury, etc.);
2. With serious basic disease or important organ function damage;
3. With coma, serious mental abnormality, serious cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with the relevant treatment and assessment.
