研究目的：

观察基于温阳化积法运用麻黄附子汤合肾着汤治疗膜性肾病的临床疗效，明确中医治疗膜性肾病的作用靶点及机制，优化中医药诊治方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Aims to observe the clinical efficacy of treating membranous nephropathy with Mahuang Fuzi Tang and Shenzhuo Tang based on the method of "Wen-Yang Hua-Ji", and thereby identify the therapeutic target and mechanism of treating membranous nephropathy with traditional Chinese medicine, and optimize the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment plan.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①进展性膜性肾病(肾功能进行性减退；肾活检见坏死性毛细血管炎和＞50%大新月体形成)，伴有IgA肾病、糖尿病肾病等其他肾脏疾病者；
②抗核抗体、双链DNA、ANCA或其他免疫性疾病指标异常者；
③有活动期乙型肝炎及持续肝功能检测转氨酶异常者；
④患有恶性肿瘤患者或有恶性肿瘤病史、HIV感染史、精神病史、急性中枢神经系统疾病、严重胃肠道疾病者；
⑤合并危及生命的并发症如严重感染者，或有其它器官严重疾病及功能障碍者；
⑥已知对所应用中药颗粒剂成分过敏者；
⑦妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
⑧正在接受其他临床试验研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with progressive membranous nephropathy (progressive decline of renal function; necrotizing capillary inflammation and > 50% crescentic formation) in renal biopsy, accompanied with IgA nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy and other kidney diseases;
2. Patients with abnormal antinuclear antibody, double stranded DNA, ANCA or other immune diseases;
3. Patients with active hepatitis B and abnormal transaminase in continuous liver function test;
Patients with history of HIV / AIDS, severe gastrointestinal cancer, or history of central nervous system malignancy; 4;
5. Patients with life-threatening complications such as severe infection or severe diseases and dysfunction of other organs;
6. The subjects known to be allergic to the components of the traditional Chinese medicine granules used;
7. Pregnant or lactating women;
8. Subjects undergoing other clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

前期研究团队已积累了长时间、多维度的膜性肾病患者临床生物样本资源；已完成共建多组学及生物信息学研究平台。本项目将利用现代化的计算机技术高效收集并管理大数据，改变传统离线数据管理模式，建立首个全方位、开放共享的中西医结合治疗膜性肾病数据库。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In the early stage, the research team has accumulated multi-dimensional clinical biological sample resources of patients with membranous nephropathy for a long time. This project will utilize modern computer technology to efficiently collect and manage big data, change the traditional off-line data management model, and establish the first all-dimensional and open and Shared database for the treatment of membranous nephropathy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
