研究目的：

尝试体外膈肌起搏技术通过促进膈肌运动提高患者的呼吸肌力量和咳嗽功能，进而减少脑卒中相关性肺炎的发生  

Objectives of Study：

Attempt external diaphragmatic pacing technology to improve patient muscle strength and cough function by promoting diaphragmatic muscle movement, thereby reducing the incidence of stroke-related pneumonia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

i.24h内两次血压均>180/100mmHg；
ii.招募前3个月内发生心绞痛、心梗或者急性心衰患者；
iii.佩戴气切管、需要持续性机械通气的患者、肺部感染、慢性呼吸系统病史（慢支、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、呼衰）；
iv．除去卒中以外其他肝肾、神经肌肉系统疾病的病人；
v．纳入研究前1年内做过腹部或者胸部手术或者存在肋骨骨折的患者；
vi．有胃食管反流的病人；
vii．有失语、带有鼻饲管等无法完成实验的病人；
viii．参与其他临床研究，任何由于其他原因不适合参加

Exclusion criteria：

1. Both blood pressures are within 180 / 100mmHg within 24h;
2. Patients with angina pectoris, myocardial infarction or acute heart failure within 3 months before recruitment;
3. Patients wearing tracheostomy tubes, requiring continuous mechanical ventilation, lung infections, history of chronic respiratory system (branch, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure)
4. Patients with liver, kidney, and neuromuscular diseases other than stroke;
5. Patients who underwent abdominal or chest surgery or had a rib fracture within 1 year before enrollment;
6. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux;
7. Patients with aphasia, with nasal feeding tube, etc. who cannot complete the experiment;
8. Participation in other clinical studies, any inappropriate for other reasons.
