研究目的：

开发一种基于深度学习的内镜胃黏膜内早癌检出辅助系统及方法，该系统确保内镜检查能够主动提示胃黏膜内早癌，提高内镜下黏膜内早癌诊断率，辅助胃癌的早诊早治，降低病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to develop a system using the DCNN to detect mucosal early gastric cancer during upper endoscopy and improve the detection rate of mucosal early gastric cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 胃镜检查禁忌证患者；
2. 孕期妇女；
3 .既往胃手术史；
4. 既往病史中有预使用的麻醉药物过敏；
5. 研究者认为受试者不适宜参加临床试验的高危疾病或其它特殊情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with absolute contraindications to EGD examination;
2. Patients in pregnancy;
3. A history of previous gastric surgery;
4. Allergic to anaesthetic in previous medical history;
5. The researchers believe that the patient is not suitable to participate in the trial.
