研究目的：

1.为广大新生儿科医师提供一个相互分享临床病例、交流临床经验的平台； 2.利用新生儿临床数据评估早产儿相关疾病及并发症，建立、更新临床诊疗规范； 3.进行新生儿基因疾病库的建立，为基因疾病的研究提供原始临床数据； 4.方便科研人员获取临床资料进行研究，加强临床与基础的相互结合，为新生儿疾病的研究奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Provide a platform for neonatal physicians to share clinical cases and exchange clinical experience; 2. Use neonatal clinical data to evaluate premature infant-related diseases and complications, establish and update clinical diagnosis and treatment standards; 3. The establishment of a neonatal genetic disease library to provide original clinical data for the study of genetic diseases; 4. To facilitate scientific researchers to obtain clinical data for research, strengthen the combination of clinical and basic, and lay the foundation for the study of neonatal diseases.

1.主管医生采集数据：①患儿围生期基本情况；②诊疗过程；③相关并发症；④标本送检反馈数据。 2.实验数据存储：①数据处理；②格式转换。 3.统一格式的实验数据进行分析和管理； 4.利用合理的分析方法和分析工具进行数据查询和数据统计； 5.数据合理利用以进行：①实验分析；②实验管理；③实验指导；④实验评估。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. The data collected by the doctor in charge: ① basic conditions of the perinatal period of the child; ② diagnosis and treatment process; ③ related complications; ④ feedback data of specimens sent for examination. 2. Experimental data storage: ① data processing; ② format conversion. 3. Analyze and manage the experimental data in a unified format; 4. Use reasonable analysis methods and analysis tools for data query and statistics; 5. Reasonable use of data for: ① experimental analysis; ② experimental management; ③ experimental guidance; ④ experimental evaluation.
