研究目的：

解析正常妊娠及GDM妇女孕期至产后胰岛素分泌模式变化与糖代谢紊乱的相关性；探讨孕期Ⅱ型胰岛素分泌模式的妇女，产后发生糖尿病风险及再次妊娠后发生GDM的风险。利用建立的胰岛素分泌模式对孕期及产后GDM妇女分层管理，探讨早期干预对糖耐量正常孕妇及GDM孕妇糖代谢紊乱进一步发展的影响，改善病情进展及妊娠结局；分析以Ⅱ胰岛素分泌模式为高风险预警指标进行分层管理后对产后糖代谢及胰岛素分泌模式转归的作用。

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the correlation between insulin secretion pattern and glucose metabolism disorder in normal pregnancy and GDM women from pregnancy to postpartum. Explore Ⅱ insulin secretion pattern of women during pregnancy and postpartum diabetes risk and risk of GDM in again after pregnancy.The established insulin secretion model was used for hierarchical management of GDM women during pregnancy and postpartum to investigate the effect of early intervention on the further development of glucose metabolism disorders in pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance and GDM women, so as to improve the disease progression and pregnancy outcome. Analysis to Ⅱ islet hormone secretion pattern as a high risk early warning indicators for layered management of postpartum glucose metabolism and insulin secretion pattern after outcome.

1. Pregnant women who did not have a Production inspection;
2. Who are unable to cooperate with the follow-up;
3. Lost pregnant women.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	通过病案检索2011年1月至2021年1月在上海市第六人民医院定期产检住院分娩，孕期进行过75gOGTT+胰岛功能检查临床资料完整的产妇，建立临床特征数据库。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Clinical records were used to search the pregnant women who had been admitted to Shanghai sixth people's hospital from January 2011 to January 2021 for regular labor and inpatient delivery, and who had received 75gOGTT + islet function examination during pregnancy with complete clinical data, so as to establish a database of clinical characteristics.
