研究目的:

本项目以发展基于运动想象脑机接口技术的脑瘫儿童运动康复技术为目标,拟采用多模态影像信息技术,从结构,功能行为方面对运动想象的神经机制、特定类型脑瘫脑机制及其运动想象康复机制进行系统性的研究,进而发作针对特定类型脑瘫患者的脑机接口运动功能康复技术和系统,促进脑机接口技术在脑瘫康复实践中的应用。  

Objectives of Study:

In this work, we will introduce MI_BCI into the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy. The studies in the project will cover below aspects: To reveal the neural mechanism behind MI and the cerebral palsy rehabilitation using multi-modal information (MRI, EEG) both in structure and function, which can provide neural basis for BCI and rehabilitation; To develop specific MI_BCI for the rehabilitation of a specific cerebral palsy type, which may effectively assist the related rehabilitation.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

排除标准为:(1)患者存在进展性的中枢神经系统疾病或肿瘤(2)患者有痫样发作;(3)患者存在精神疾病史;(4)患者存在神经功能缺失,例如:视觉缺失,等(5)有幽闭空间恐惧症的;(6)扫描时头动超过2.5mm,转动超过2.5°。

Exclusion criteria:

1. patients with progressive central neurological diseases or tumor;
2. patients with seizures;
3. patients with a history of psychiatry or mood problems;
4. patients with neurological deficiencies, such as hearing or visual loss;
5. patients fearing confined spaces;
6. patients with a head motion larger than 2.5mm translation or 2.5 degree rotation when scanning.
