研究目的：

本研究拟通过随机对照临床试验观察盆底磁刺激治疗对绝经期女性复发性尿路感染的临床疗效，对影响UTI复发的诱发因素进行探索，深入探究盆底功能、盆腔器官脱垂程度与rUTI的相关性，并建立内在联系，深入认识盆底康复在预防rUTI发作中的重要作用，旨在为女性复发性尿路感染提供一种安全、快速、便捷、彻底的治疗方式。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to observe the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation therapy for recurrent urinary tract infections in menopausal women through a randomized controlled clinical trial, in order to explore the inducing factors that affect UTI recurrence, explore the correlation between pelvic floor function, pelvic organ prolapse, and rUTI, and establish an internal relationship to understand the important role of pelvic floor rehabilitation in the prevention of rUTI. It is aim to provide a safe, fast, convenient and thorough treatment for women with recurrent urinary tract infections.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 妊娠期或准备怀孕者；
2. 既往泌尿生殖系统手术史（剖宫产除外）、盆腔肿瘤患者；
3. 腰椎间盘疾病、坐骨神经痛等神经系统病史；
4. 靠近刺激部位有植入性金属或电子仪器的患者；
5. 处于癫痫发作期的患者；
6. 精神障碍不能配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are pregnant or are ready to be pregnant;
2. Those who have previous history of urogenital system operation (except cesarean section), pelvic tumor;
3. Those who have history of lumbar intervertebral disc disease, sciatica and other nervous system diseases;
4. Those who have implanted metal or electronic instruments near the stimulation site;
5. Those who are in epilepsy;
6. Those who cannot cooperate with the treatment of mental disorders.
