研究目的：	采用代谢组学的手段寻找预测终末期肾病患者腹膜功能的方法，为终末期肾病患者选择合适的肾脏替代治疗方式提供帮助，并为开发预测腹膜功能的诊断试剂奠定基础。
Objectives of Study：	Use metabolomics to looking for a mothod to predict the peritonaeum function of Peritoneal dialysis patient, to provide the help for the chronic renal failure patient to choose best candidate treatment, also lay the foundations for ?development of reagents predicting the peritonaeum function
药物成份或治疗方案详述：
Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：
纳入标准：	已行腹膜透析患者 18≤年龄≤60岁腹膜透析时间≥3月的CAPD(不卧床持续性腹膜透析)患者,原发病为慢性肾小球肾炎未行腹膜透析患者，新近诊断为尿毒症患者纳入标准：符合终末期肾病诊断标准的患者，且未行肾脏替代治疗
Inclusion criteria	Patient with peritoneal dialysis; Aged 18 to 60 years; Peritoneal dialysis ≥3 month CAPD(continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis), primary disease is chronic glomerulonephritis. Patient who was newly diagnose urematic patient who meet the criteria of end-stage renal disease without dialysis.
排除标准：	① 急性腹膜炎 ② 近三月有明显感染 ③ 自身免疫疾病、血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、感染活动期、无法控制的心力衰竭、严重心、肺、肝、神经系统疾病者。
Exclusion criteria：	1. acute peritonitis; 2. clinical infection; 3. autoimmune diseases, haematological diseases, malignant tumor, active infective, refractory heart failure, severe heart, lung, live, neurological disorders patients.
