研究目的：

① 证明认知-运动双重任务训练改善IS后认知功能障碍更有效； ② 利用fNIRS、ERP为评估IS后认知功能障碍的康复预后判断提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.It is proved that cognitive-motor dual task training is more effective in improving cognitive dysfunction after IS. 2.fNIRS and ERP were used to provide basis for evaluating the rehabilitation prognosis of cognitive impairment after IS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 合并严重的消化系统疾病、免疫功能异常、合并心肝肺肾严重病症患者，合并进行性加重或者严重的精神或认知功能障碍无法配合完成研究者；
② 严重失聪、失明、伴有重大躯体疾病等导致沟通交流障碍，无法参与筛查者；严重肢体功能损害，无法完成相应运动训练者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients with severe digestive system diseases, abnormal immune function and severe heart, liver, lung and kidney diseases complicated with progressive or severe mental or cognitive dysfunction were unable to cooperate with the researchers.
2. Those with severe deafness, blindness and major physical diseases lead to communication disorders and are unable to participate in the screening; those who are seriously impaired in physical function and unable to complete the corresponding exercise training.
