研究目的：

评价3D活性皮肤用于创面治疗的安全性和有效性，优化3D活性皮肤的制备及临床应用方法，并初步形成标准临床治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of 3D bioactive skin treatment for wound repair, optimize the preparation and clinical application of 3D bioactive skin, and initially establish standard clinical treatment system using 3D bioactive skin.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重威胁生命疾病的患者；
2. 患有影响皮肤创面愈合和影响愈合观察的皮肤病；
3. 孕妇、哺乳期及近半年有怀孕计划的患者；
4. 不能配合手术或检查的患者；
5. 研究小组或临床医生评价后认为无法进行研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious life-threatening diseases;
2. Patients with skin diseases that affect skin wound healing and healing observation;
3. Pregnant women, breast-feeding patients and patients with pregnancy plan in the past half year;
4. Patients who cannot cooperate with the operation or examination;
5. Patients who are evaluated by the study team or clinicians as unable to conduct the study.
