纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)Ⅰ型糖尿病;
(2)患有糖尿病急性并发症、合并严重感染性疾病、严重肝肾功能损害者；
(3)患有意识障碍及精神病等且，生活不能自理者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ⅰ diabetes;
2. patients with acute complications of diabetes, severe infectious diseases, and severe liver and kidney function impairment;
3. those who suffer from consciousness disorders and mental disorders and cannot take care of themselves.
