研究目的：

比较一期后路病灶清除髂骨植骨、钛网植骨与颗粒植骨治疗单节段腰椎结核的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical efficacy of one stage posterior debridement with iliac bone graft, titanium mesh bone graft or granular bone graft in the surgical treatment of single segment lumbar tuberculosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并其他节段脊柱结核；
（2）既往脊柱手术史；
（3）活动性肺结核、恶性肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with other segmental spinal tuberculosis;
(2) Previous history of spinal surgery;
(3) Active pulmonary tuberculosis, malignant tumor, etc.;
