研究目的：

1、使用上海市代谢性疾病（糖尿病）预防和诊治服务体系建设项目的眼底筛查数据训练及验证基于深度学习的糖网病视网膜病 变筛查系统。 2、在上海泥城队列研究和中国糖尿病并发症研究评价深度学习系统对糖网病的筛查效果。 3、在上海市泥城队列研究中验证深度学习系统的实施图像质量反馈模块对眼底图像摄片的辅助作用。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop and validate of the Deep DR system, a deep learning system for diabetic retinopathy screening, using fundus image data acquired from the Shanghai Integrated Diabetes Prevention and Care System (Shanghai Integration Model, SIM); (2) External validation of the DeepDR system in China National Diabetic Complications Study (CNDCS) and Nicheng Diabetes Screening Project (NDSP); (3) Evaluate the effect of applying real-time image quality feedback on improving fundus photography.
