The subjects are recruited based on the results of the previous commenced project conducted in 2014 to 2015 from a random sample of households drawn from 25,000 addresses and 200 segments by the Census and Statistics Department based on the frame of living quarters that come from the 8% people

Data collected will only be used in analysis and result generating for this study. Data and paper forms with identified information will be destroyed 3 years after the end of the trial. Data in paper format will be kept in locked cabinets and soft copy data will be stored in password protected computers. Only principal investigator and designated research assistants will have access to these data.
