研究目的：

以优化脑卒中三级康复方案为基础制定脑卒中三级康复临床路径，进行随机、单盲、平行对照、多中心试验，探讨脑卒中三级康复临床路径的效果评价。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to optimize three-level stroke rehabilitation treatment and establish clinical pathway for three-level stroke rehabilitation, and evaluate whether the clinical pathway for three-level stroke rehabilitation is able to improve the outcome of stroke rehabilitation and evaluate its effect on hospital day and cost.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并脑外伤导致的脑出血或蛛网膜下腔出血。
有严重临床合并症或并发症：严重肝肾疾患、失代偿性心功能不全、3个月内曾有心脏或呼吸停止或心肌梗塞、严重肺炎或慢性阻塞性肺病、深静脉血栓等。
影响运动功能的其它疾病或病史，如遗留偏瘫侧肢体功能障碍的骨折病史、截肢、影响行走的下肢骨关节炎病史、恶性肿瘤、妊娠等。
患有严重的精神疾病或伴发精神症状者。
未签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

Brain hemorrhage or Sub-arachnoid haemorrhage caused by cerebral trauma;
Severe medical condition in combination with stroke or severe complication that will influence outcomes;
Other diseases affecting motor functions;
Severe mental disorders;
Without informed consent.
