研究目的：

评估看老照片回忆疗法对老年抑郁症状患者的影响，并通过脑部fMRI探索看老照片影响抑郁症状患者的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of reminiscence therapy for older adults with depressive symptoms through seeing old photos and to explore the neural mechanism by using fMRI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）T2加权MRI显示脑梗塞或其他血管损伤；2）可能与大脑组织变化相关的疾病，例如:控制不良的高血压、糖尿病；3)肿瘤转移性疾病；4)不稳定的躯体疾病，如重性哮喘；癫痫、脑肿瘤和其他神经变性疾病；5)可能导致心境障碍症状的躯体疾病，如多发性硬化、甲状腺疾病、慢性疼痛等；6）用简易认知筛查量表(MMSE)筛查有认知障碍者（MMSE评分文盲组≤17分，小学≤20分，中学及以上文化≤24分）；7）既往有精神病史；8）正在接受抗抑郁治疗；9）精神药物史和酗酒史；10）内有金属植入物等不能进行fMRI检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. T2 weighted image show cerebral infarction or cerebral vascular injuries;
2. diseases which associated with cerebral diseases (such as uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes);
3. neoplastic diseases;
4. unstable physical illness, such as severe asthma, epilepsy, brain tumors or other neurological disorders;
5. physical disorders which may caused mood disorder symptoms, such as multiple sclerosis, thyroid diseases, chronic pain;
6. the score of Mini-Mental State Examination showed dementia;
7. mental disorder;
8. receiving antidepressant treatment;
9. Psychoactive Substance or alcohol habituation;
10. with metal implants.
