研究目的：

磁共振是前列腺癌的有效诊断方法，但多参数磁共振检查时间较长（通常约30分钟），T2WI、DWI是前列腺癌诊断最重要的两个序列，本研究拟通过对比双参数磁共振（T2WI、DWI）和多参数磁共振对前列腺癌诊断效能，从而在保证检查诊断能力的情况下对扫描的方案进行精简。  

Objectives of Study：

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is increasingly being utilized for the detection of prostate cancer, Multiparametric MRI take long acquisition time(about 30mins), T2WI and DWI are the two most important sequences, this study tend to compare the biparametric versus multiparametric MRI in the diagnosis of prostate cancer at a lower cost.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

过去6个月内使用过5-a还原抑制剂；或者具有前列腺穿刺史，前列腺癌治疗史。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if they were using 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors at time of examination or has used such during the previous six months; or if they had a previous history of prostatic biopsy, prostatic surgery, or treatment for PCa
