研究目的:

本项目针对目前脑卒中患者康复训练的重大需求,在脑卒中患者大脑可塑性分析、基于运动想象的EEG-BCI技术、功能性电刺激技术、康复训练机器人技术等几方面展开研究,研制基于脑机接口及功能性电刺激的康复训练机器人。通过对照比较脑机接口联合功能性电刺激(BCI-FES)训练及单纯功能性电刺激(FES)训练对慢性期脑卒中患者上、下肢运动功能不同的影响,并利用脑电信号检测大脑可塑性的改变,以此来探讨BCI-FES训练系统对脑卒中后上、下肢运动功能康复的意义及可塑性机制。同时,以肌电信号为基础,建立针对患者个体的具有客观性的康复训练评价机制,为康复训练机器人的改进与完善提供可遵循的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Aiming at the major needs of rehabilitation training for stroke patients at present, this project researches on brain plasticity analysis of stroke patients, eeg-bci technology based on motor imagination, functional electrical stimulation technology, rehabilitation training robot technology and other aspects, and developed rehabilitation training robot based on brain-computer interface and functional electrical stimulation. Joint functional electrical stimulation through comparing brain-computer interface (BCI - FES) training and pure functional electrical stimulation (FES) training on patients with chronic stroke, lower limb motor function and the effect of different detecting the change of brain plasticity, and using eeg signals in order to investigate the correlation between the BCI - FES system after stroke, and the significance and the plasticity of lower limb motor function recovery mechanism. Meanwhile, on the basis of emg signal, the objective evaluation mechanism of rehabilitation training for individual patients is established, which provides a theoretical basis for the improvement and perfection of rehabilitation training robots.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

试验组受试者接受脑机接口联合功能性电刺激治疗,每次治疗20分钟,一天1次,一周5次,共持续治疗6周。对照组受试者接受功能性电刺激治疗,每次治疗20分钟,一天1次,一周5次,共持续治疗6周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

Subjects in the experimental group receive bci combined with functional electrical stimulation for 20 minutes, once a day, five times a week, for a total of 6 weeks of continuous treatment. Subjects in the control group receive functional electrical stimulation for 20 minutes, once a day, five times a week for 6 weeks. 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 具有认知障碍的脑卒中患者;
2. 脑干病变或小脑损伤;
3. 感染、心衰、肿瘤、哮喘等严重并发症者;
4. 脑卒中患者有骨折、强直性脊柱炎、风湿性关节炎等疾病影响下肢活动者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Stroke patients with cognitive impairment;
2. With brainstem lesions or cerebellar injury;
3. With infection, heart failure, tumor, asthma or other serious complications;
4. Patients with stroke have fractures, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases affecting lower limb activities.
