评价超声引导肋下-前路腰方肌阻滞用于腹腔镜肝胆手术后镇痛的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided subcostal approach to anterior quadratus lumborum block for analgesia after laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）精神异常、不能配合操作者；
（2）不能理解疼痛评分及配合评价者；
（3）术前合并严重高血压、心脏病、糖尿病或存在严重肝肾功能障碍者；
（4）凝血功能明显异常；
（5）神经阻滞和硬膜外麻醉禁忌者；
（6）下肢血管性疾病和肌力减弱者；
（7）入组前存在麻醉药依赖或者过敏者；
（8）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（9）在入选研究前的 3 个月以内参与了其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With mental disorder, unable to cooperate with the operator;
2. Those who can't understand the pain score and cooperation evaluation;
3. Patients with severe hypertension, heart disease, diabetes or severe liver and kidney dysfunction before operation;
4. The coagulation function is obviously abnormal;
5. With contraindications of nerve block and epidural anesthesia;
6. With lower extremity vascular disease and muscle weakness;
7. Patients with anesthesia dependence or allergy before enrollment;
8. Pregnant or lactating women;
9. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to inclusion in the study.
