研究目的：

在小儿术后镇痛的实施中，PCIA和PCEA的可操作性差、安全性低，且在PICU中患儿与父母隔离，实施困难，只有采用持续静脉输注的方法。我们拟通过该研究探索地佐辛作为小儿手术后镇痛药物的安全性、镇痛效果以及不良反应的发生率，为地佐辛广泛用于小儿术后持续静脉输注合适的用药剂量提供依据。这对患儿平稳地度过术后危重期，减轻或消除疼痛相关副作用有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

PCIA and PCEA have poor operability and low safety in the implementation of postoperative analgesia in children. In PICU, children are isolated from their parents and difficult to implement. Only continuous intravenous infusion could be used. We intend to use this study to explore the safety, analgesic effect, and incidence of adverse reactions of dezocine as an analgesic after pediatric surgery, and to provide a basis for dezocine to be widely used in pediatric continuous intravenous infusion for the appropriate dosage . This is of great significance for the children to smoothly pass the critical period after surgery and reduce or eliminate pain-related side effects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）术后应用起搏器的患儿，
（2）术后合并心力衰竭、感染的患儿，
（3）ICU停留时间＜24h的患儿，
（4）有阿片类药物服用及过敏史的患儿，
（5）有精神、神经系统疾病的患儿，
（6）肝肾功能严重不全的患儿，
（7）无法配合术后评分的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with pacemaker after operation;
2. Children with heart failure and infection after operation;
3. Children with ICU stay <24h;
4. Children with history of opioid taking and allergy;
5. Children with mental and neurological diseases;
6. Children with severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
7. Children who could not cooperate with postoperative scores.

征集180例入住PICU患儿，包括ASA分级I-II级别的手术术后病人，包括心胸外科术后病人、脑外科术后病人、骨科术后病人、及普外科术后病人。以上患儿术后转入PICU后即进行危重症评分（PCIS），由医务人员采用随机单盲分为以下6组。
