研究目的:

(1)对发病超过6个月的慢性期脑卒中偏瘫患者,进行临床随机对照试验,探讨下肢智能运动控制训练对患者患侧下肢运动功能、平衡功能、步行能力及生存质量的影响. (2)利用客观多模态fMRI对慢性期脑卒中患者进行治疗效果评估,分析下肢智能运动控制训练改善慢性期脑卒中下肢功能的机制。  

Objectives of Study:

(1)We performed a clinical randomized controlled trial on hemiplegic patients with chronic stroke for more than 6 months to explore the effects of lower limb intelligent motor control training on affected lower limb motor function, balance function, walking ability and quality of life; (2)Objective multimodal fMRI was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of patients with chronic stroke, and to analyze the mechanism of lower limb intelligent motor control training in improving lower limb function in patients with chronic stroke.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.患有其他影响步行能力的神经肌肉和骨关节疾病
2.患有严重的心肌病及其他器质性心脏病或其他限制活动的合并症。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Suffer from other neuromuscular and osteoarticular diseases that affect walking ability;
2. Suffer from severe cardiomyopathy and other organic heart disease or other complications of activity restriction.
