研究目的:

本研究将计算机辅助下3D打印个性化颌面骨植入物应用于单侧眶颧复合体骨折修复,设计随机对照的前瞻性临床试验评估临床效果,旨在探究计算机辅助下3D打印技术在颌面手术中的临床应用价值,实现数字化设计方案的临床转化和推广应用。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, 3D printing personal maxillofacial bone implant assisted by computer was used to repair unilateral orbital zygomatic complex fracture. A randomized controlled prospective clinical trial is designed to evaluate the clinical effect. The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical application value of computer-aided 3D printing technology in maxillofacial surgery, and to realize the clinical transformation and promotion of digital design.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.合并其他并发症;
2.已经过其他手术治疗的患者;
3.未签知情同意书或拒绝试验者;
4.精神及心理异常者,或具有其他严重不良身体状况者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with other complications;
2. Patients who have undergone other surgical treatments;
3. Those who did not sign the informed consent or refused the trial;
4. People with mental and psychological disorders, or those with other serious adverse physical conditions
