Objectives of Study：

To explore the pathogenesis of perioperative cognitive dysfunction through the study of blood and urine metabolism spectrum and regulatory network

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术前严重心血管、脑、肝肾功能受损疾病；神经精神系统疾病史；长期服用影响神经精神系统功能药物（如使用麻醉性镇痛药、催眠药、抗焦虑药和抗抑郁药等）；酗酒史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With serious cardiovascular, brain, liver or kidney function impairment before operation;
2. With history of neuropsychiatric diseases;
3. Long-term use of drugs affecting neuropsychiatric function (such as narcotic analgesics, hypnotics, anxiolytics or antidepressants);
4. With alcohol history.
