研究目的：

1）比较太极拳和康复训练对帕金森患者平衡能力、步态和生活质量的疗效差异；2）比较太极和康复训练能够改变帕金森患者相关症状可能的潜在机制；3）检验太极拳与康复训练治疗帕金森病的远期疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary aim of our study is: 1) to compare the efficacy of Tai Chi and rehabilitation training to improve balance, gait and quality of life in PD; 2) to determine the mechanism(s) by which Tai Chi and rehabilitation training each reduce the disturbance of PD; 3)to examine how well the benefits of each intervention persist long-term.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者为非原发性帕金森病。
2. 在参与本研究的同时参与其他行为或药物学研究，或参加有教练指导的运动锻炼项目。
3. 诊断患有痴呆的患者。
4. 在研究未结束之前脱落的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suspected Parkinsonism due to other causes than idiopathic PD;
2. Current participation in any other behavioral or pharmacological study or instructor-led exercise program;
3. Diagnosed with dementia;
4. Unavailability during the study period.
