研究目的：

通过回顾性的研究2014年1月-2017年12月在江苏省中西医结合有医院普外科行手术治疗的300例老年甲状腺癌患者的临床特点。研究老年甲状腺癌的特点，并根据术前评估：病灶数量、病灶分布、病灶大小、性别、年龄、被膜侵犯之间的关系，病理及基因与术后病理的关系，术前影像学及B超评估中央区和颈侧方淋巴结有无转移和术后病理结果符合情况；术中中央区淋巴结阴性与术后病理结果之间的关系；预防性中央区淋巴结清扫与术后病理淋巴结结果的关系。电话随访目前的生存状态，包括局部有无复发，淋巴结转移的状态，有无局部转移及远处转移，对手术满意度的调查。本课题组结合前期研究，综合美国学者Tuttle团队的动态风险评估表，建立老年甲状腺癌手术方式评估模型。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical characteristics of 300 elderly patients with thyroid cancer treated by general surgery in the hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in jiangsu province from January 2014 to December 2017.Study the characteristics of senile thyroid cancer, and according to the preoperative evaluation: number of lesions, lesion distribution, focal size, gender, age, the relationship between the capsule invasion, pathological and genetic relationship with the postoperative pathology, preoperative imaging and ultrasound evaluation and their neck lymph node in central region with or without metastasis and postoperative pathological results conform to the situation;The relationship between intraoperative central lymph node negative and postoperative pathological results;The relationship between prophylactic central lymph node dissection and postoperative pathological lymph node results.The current survival status, including local recurrence, lymph node metastasis, local and distant metastasis, and surgical satisfaction were investigated.Based on previous studies and the dynamic risk assessment table of Tuttle's team, this research group established an assessment model of surgical methods for elderly thyroid cancer.

合并其他系统恶性肿瘤的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with recurrent thyroid cancer reoperation;
2. patients with other systemic malignant tumors.
