研究目的：

使用磁共振新技术对2型糖尿病脑病的影像学进行研究，从而为临床提供更有价值的影像学诊断，为临床诊治提供帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

New techniques of MRI was used to study the imaging of type 2 diabetic encephalopathy, so as to provide more valuable imaging diagnosis and clinical diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 脑血管意外或神经系统疾病的已知病史；
2. 精神疾病和痴呆症；
3. 代谢综合征的受试者；
4. 酒精或药物滥用史及头部手术史；
5. 1型糖尿病或糖尿病受试者身份未知的参与者；
6. 严重的听觉、视觉损害；
7. MRI禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known cerebral vascular accidents or neurological diseases;
2. History of neurological disorders irrelevant to diabetes and affecting cognition;
3. Subjects with metabolic syndrome;
4. History of alcohol, substance abuse or head surgery;
5. Participants with type-1 diabetes or with unidentified diabetic subjects;
6. Severe hearing and visual impairment;
7. Contraindications to MRI scan.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有数据拟采用SPSS汇总，相关的电子记录存入专门的硬盘，所有的相关数据由研究组负责人保管。
