研究目的：

本次研究的目的是了解在现行新型冠状病毒的疫情下，透析患者和医护人员面临的透析困境及心理活动的变化，评估其焦虑、压力和抑郁程度；另一方面，远程数字化医疗和患者管理在重大疫情之下，可以避免直接见面造成的交通困难和感染风险，进一步突出在这种特殊情况下，对患者进行远程管理的优势；为以后出现再次这种突发情况提供参考依据，进而提出更优质的解决方案，让透析患者有更优的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to understand the dialysis difficulties and changes in psychological activities faced by dialysis patients and medical staff under the current outbreak of novel coronavirus, and to evaluate their anxiety, stress and depression.On the other hand, the remote digital medical treatment and patient management can avoid the traffic difficulties and infection risks caused by direct meeting under a major epidemic, further highlighting the advantages of remote management of patients in this special case;It provides a reference basis for the occurrence of such emergencies again in the future, and then puts forward better solutions, so that dialysis patients have a better quality of life.
