主要目的：明确ICU内新型冠状病毒肺炎患者每日的治疗强度。 次要目的：调查目前ICU内新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的生命体征、临床表现、实验室检查及治疗情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: determine the daily treatment intensity of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia in ICU. Sceondary objective: investigate the vital signs, clinical manifestations, laboratory examination and treatment of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia in ICU.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究当天，研究者对ICU内所有COVID-19患者进行了全天筛查。然后研究者必须完成eCRF的以下六个部分:1.患者在研究当日上午8点的一般信息，如性别、年龄、身高、体重、发病日期、住院日期、转入ICU日期。2. 既往病史。3.研究当日上午8点，生命体征，呼吸和循环支持在。4. 研究当日上午8点的实验室检查结果。5. 镇静、镇痛及器官功能。6. 在研究期间发生的重要事件。在调查人员输入数据期间，研究团队在网上进行了可信性和完整性检查。在数据收集之前，eCRF详细定义了每个变量。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

On the study day, the investigator screened all the COVID-19 patients in the ICU for the whole day. Then the investigator had to complete the following six sections of the eCRF: 1. general characteristics at the 8am February 24th, such as gender, age, stature, weight, date of onset, date of the hospitalization, the ICU admission date. 2. Past medical history. 3. Vital signs, respiratory and circulation support at the 8am February 24th. 4. The laboratory values at 8am February 24th. 5. The sedation, analgesia and the organ function. 6. The events in the study time. During date entry by the investigators, the study team plausibility and completeness checks were performed online. Each variable was defined in detail in the eCRF before the data collection.
