评价NK细胞治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of NK cells in the treatment of pneumonitis caused by novel coronavirus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.重症患者，出现休克以及呼吸衰竭的病例；
2.出现多脏器功能衰竭者；
3.妊娠期和哺乳期妇女；
4.恶性病、自身免疫性疾病或患有严重影响免疫系统的疾病；
5. 重大脏器移植者；
6.研究者认为患者存在不适合入组的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Sever cases with shock, acute respiratory distress syndrome;
2. Multiple organ failure;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Cases with malignant disease, autoimmune disease or sever diseases of immune immune system, such as: HIV infection;
5. Major organ transplantation;
6. Other conditions that are not suitable for enrollment.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All data will be collected by staff trained. The data is then filled in a designed case report form (CRF), which is regularly entered by the project team members into an electronic database . The investigator is responsible for ensuring that the data entered is complete, accurate, and timely. The project team then reviews the data in the medical records. Manage clinical data in accordance with applicable standards and data cleaning procedures to ensure data integrity.
