（1）探讨人体全身免疫状况与新型冠状病毒感染的易感性、重症发生率的关系； （2）探索患者治疗后的免疫重建过程及规律，研究其与短期和长期预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the association between general immune status and the susceptibility and incidence of severe cases in patients with novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pneumonia; (2) To explore the process of immune reconstruction after treatment its relationship with short-term and long-term prognosis in patients with novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pneumonia.
