研究目的：

（1）探讨以护士主导的正念减压干预在住院2型糖尿病患者中的可行性； （2）探讨以护士主导的正念减压干预对于改善住院2型糖尿病患者糖尿病痛苦、糖尿病自我效能、糖尿病自我管理、血糖控制、抑郁症状、焦虑、知觉压力和生活质量的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The first was to evaluate feasibility of the nurse-led MBSR therapy. The second was to evaluate the efficacy of a nurse-led MBSR therapy on diabetes distress, diabetes self-efficacy, diabetes self-management glycated haemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) levels depressive symptoms, anxiety, perceived stress and quality of life among people with type 2 diabetes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（a）患有已确诊的严重药物或精神性疾病；
（b）患有其他重大慢性疾病,有疼痛感（包括癌症，心血管疾病等），糖尿病相关并发症；
（c）过去6个月内没有接受过正念干预或者结构化心理干预方法。

Exclusion criteria：

(a) A history of mental health disorders (e.g. history of depression);
(b) being experiencing a feeling of pain (such as cancer, cardiovascular disease), and complication including neuropathy (experiencing chronic pain), kidney conditions, diabetic foot etc.;
(c) who had participated in any mindfulness intervention, cognitive therapy or structured psychosocial intervention 6 months prior to recruitment.

根据每天的入院情况，平均纳入4~6人。按照抽签分组的方法将每天入院的患者按照1：1的比例随机分到干预组和对照组，直到纳入100人为止。随机数字的产生是由统计学家通过PASW17来生成的，不可编辑，他人不知情。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Four to six adults were recruited each day and randomised in a 1:1 ratio into two groups by the random numbers, until 100 participants were included. The random numbers were generated and prepared by the statistician through PASW Statisitics17, which were uneditable and concealed for others.
