研究目的：

通过分析肌炎特异性抗体与中国儿童幼年皮肌炎临床表型、治疗反应及预后不良的相关性，明确肌炎特异性抗体在中国儿童幼年皮肌炎不良预后中的预测作用，协助早期病情判定、指导治疗、判断预后。

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the correlation between myositis specific antibody (MSA) and phenotypes, treatment response and poor prognosis of juvenile dermatomyositis in Chinese children, clarify the predictive role of myositis specific antibody in the poor prognosis of juvenile dermatomyositis to assist the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其它可能引起肌肉病变和肌无力症状的疾病；
2.原发性免疫缺陷所致免疫异常或过敏体质者；
3.正处于急、慢性感染期间，或既往有活动性结核史者；乙肝表面抗原阳性，或丙肝抗体阳性；
4.有精神病疾患或其它原因不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Merging other diseases that may cause muscle lesions and muscle weakness;
2. Immune abnormality caused by primary immunodeficiency or allergic constitution;
3. The patient is within the process of acute or chronic infection, or has a past history of active tuberculosis; HbsAg(+) or anti-HCV(+);
4. The patient has psychiisatric disorders or other reasons that can not cooperate.
