研究目的：

（1）发现新冠肺炎疾病进程中肠功能受损情况以及临床肠功能受损血液指标或影像学评价指标；（2）利用16S和宏基因组学、宏病毒基因组学技术建立微生态制剂干预前后肠道菌群丰富及结构、代谢组学的动态改变，以及对临床疗效结局转归的影响。（3）发现特异性菌株以及代谢产物，以开发出针对新型流感的益生菌制剂和营养制剂。

Objectives of Study：

(1) finding intestinal impairment in the course of new coronary pneumonia, and blood or imaging indicators of clinical intestinal impairment; (2) 16S, metagenomics and macro virus genomics were used to establish the dynamic changes of intestinal flora richness and structure and metabolomics before and after the intervention of microecological agents, as well as the effects on the outcome of clinical efficacy. (3) specific strains and metabolites were found to develop probiotics and nutritional preparations for the new influenza.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.吞咽困难或存在消化道梗阻的患者；
b.患有自身免疫性疾病、或免疫极其低下患者，或伴有需要全身使用免疫抑制药物或激素治疗的其他疾病；
c.人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）阳性或活动性乙型或丙型肝炎感染；
d.妊娠或哺乳期女性;
e.研究者经过评估后认为该研究不利于患者，不适合参与研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with dysphagia or gastrointestinal obstruction;
2. Patients with autoimmune diseases, or with extremely low immunity, or with other diseases requiring systemic use of immunosuppressive drugs or hormone therapy;
3. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive or active hepatitis b or c infection;
4. Pregnant or nursing women;
5. After evaluation, the researcher believes that the study is not conducive to patients and is not suitable for other conditions of study participation.
