研究目的：

评价23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗在2岁及以上人群中接种的免疫原性及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate Immunogenicity and safety of 23-Valent Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine in healthy volunteers aged 2 Years and above.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有过敏、惊厥、癫痫、脑病和精神等病史或家族史者；
（2）既往有任何药品或疫苗接种过敏史；
（3）已知对试验疫苗的任何成分的过敏史（疫苗主要成分包括23型肺炎球菌多糖和PBS缓冲液）；
（4）有血小板减少或其他凝血障碍病史，可能造成皮下注射禁忌者；
（5）已知免疫学功能损伤或低下者；
（6）1个月内接受过全血、血浆和免疫球蛋白治疗者；
（7）患有先天畸形、发育障碍或有临床诊断的严重慢性病（如唐氏综合征、糖尿病、镰刀细胞贫血或精神疾患、格林巴利氏综合征）；
（8）已知或怀疑患有疾病包括：呼吸系统疾病、急性感染或慢性病活动期、严重心血管疾病、肝肾疾病、恶性肿瘤、皮肤病、幼儿母亲有HIV感染（可提供检验报告）以及其他严重疾病和传染病；
（9）孕妇、哺乳期妇女；
（10）18岁及以上受试者筛选时坐立收缩压≥160mmHg或舒张压≥100mmHg；
（11）其他研究者认为与预防接种有关的禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of allergyeclampsia, epilepsy, encephalopathy and mental disease or family disease;
2. Allergic history after vaccination;
3. Known allergy to any component of the test vaccine (the test vaccine mainly contains 23 types of pneumococcal polysaccharide and PBS buffer);
4. Subjects who diagnosis of thrombocytopenia or other history of coagulopathy;
5. Known immunological impairment or dysfunction;
6. Subjects who have received whole blood, plasma, and immunoglobulin therapy within one month;
7. Known severe congenital malformations, developmental disorders; clinically diagnosed serious chronic diseases: down's syndrome, diabetes, sickle cell anemia or neurological disorders, Guillain Barre syndrome;
8. Known or suspected to suffer from: respiratory system diseaseacute infection or chronic disease active periodsevere cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney disease, malignant tumor, skin disease,children's mother has HIV infection and other serious and infectious diseases;
9. In pregnancy or lactation or pregnant women;
10. Subjects aged 18 years and above whose systolic blood pressure>=160mmHg and diastolic blood pressure>=100mmHg.
11. Any contraindications that investigators consider related to vaccination.
