评价口腔可吸收修复膜在引导骨再生技术中的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bioresorbable membrane for Guided bone regeneration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）拔牙窝位点保存剩余4个骨璧；
（2）缺牙区的邻牙使用金属烤瓷冠或金属铸造桩；
（3）术区存在急性或慢性感染；
（4）签署知情同意书前30天内参加过同类试验或其他干预性临床试验；
（5）存在明胶过敏史，存在严重的过敏病史或严重的免疫缺陷病史；
（6）未能控制的代谢类疾病，如糖尿病等；
（7）长期服用类固醇药物；
（8）存在吸毒、酗酒史，参加本试验前6个月内吸烟大于10支/日等；
（9）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
（10）依从性差；
（11）研究者判断不适合参与试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

2. Residual 4 bone walls at the tooth extraction fossa site;
2. The adjacent teeth in the edentulous area have been using metal porcelain crown or metal cast pile;
3. Operation area with acute or chronic infection;
4. Participating in other similar or intervention clinical trials within 30 days before signing the ICF;
5. Have a history of allergic to geltin, or server allergic disease, or server immunodeficiency disease;
6. Uncontrolled mMetabolic disorders, likewise diabetes mellitus;
7. Medical conditions requiring prolonged use of steroids;
8. Alcoholism or drug abuse, smokers of more than 10 cigarettes per day before taking part in the trail;
9. Pregnant and lactating females;
10. Poor compliance;
11. Other circumstances not suitable for the trial judged by investigators.
