研究目的：

评估腹腔镜胰腺切除术治疗新辅助化疗后胰腺癌的可行性、安全性和有效性，为新辅助化疗后胰腺癌的腹腔镜手术治疗提供决策依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the feasibility, safety, and effectiveness of laparoscopic pancreatectomy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and to provide a basis for the decision of laparoscopic surgery for pancreatic cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 明显手术禁忌者；
3. 影像学发现远处转移；
4. 心、肝、肾功能严重损害者（心功能3-4级，ALT/AST超过正常值上限5倍以上，肌酐超过正常上限）；
5. 妊娠、哺乳期女性患者；
6. 合并其他恶性肿瘤者或血液病患者；
7. 三个月内参加过其他胰腺癌治疗的临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients have contraindication to surgery;
2. Patients confirmed locally advanced or unresectable pancreatic cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (refer to 2020.V1 version of NCCN Pancreatic Cancer Guidelines);
3. Imaging studies found distant metastases;
4. Patients with severe impairment of cardiacliver or kidney function (Cardiac function grade 3-4, ALT or AST exceeds 5 times the upper limit of normal value, Creatinine exceeds the upper limit of normal);
5. Pregnant or lactating female patients;
6. Patients with other malignant tumors or hematological diseases;
7. Patients have participanted in other clinical trials of pancreatic cancer within three months.
