研究目的：

探讨有规律运动自闭症患者和无规律自闭症患者之间肠道菌群是否存在差异，以及肠道菌群与神经递质之间存在何种关系？以期为运动作为一种自闭症患者干预方式提供科学依据，寻找干预自闭症的可能靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether there is a difference in intestinal microbiota between people with autism who exercise regularly and people with autism who exercise irregularly, and what is the relationship between intestinal microbiota and neurotransmitters?The aim is to provide scientific basis for exercise as an intervention method for autistic patients and to find possible targets for autism intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肌肉/动脉血管痉挛的；
2. 其他精神疾病（如：癫痫）；
3. 心功能障碍（如主动脉瓣狭窄、心律不稳等）；
4. 一周内有药物治疗的；
5. 有长期吸烟史的；
6. 无法配合完成实验测量的;
7. 运动禁忌证。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Muscle / arterial vasospasm;
2. Other mental illness (eg epilepsy);
3. Cardiac dysfunction (such as aortic stenosis, arrhythmia, etc.);
4. Medications within a week;
5. Those with a long history of smoking;
6. Can't cooperate to complete the experimental measurement
7.with exercise contraindication.
