研究目的：

钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液作为一种新型的醋酸晶体液，相对乳酸林格液有更优化的电解质配比，但尚未有文献报道其在剖宫产腰麻中共负荷输液是否也能有效降低低血压的发生，以及对母婴内环境的影响。 因此，本研究旨在探讨不同晶体液在剖宫产腰麻中共负荷输注对产妇相关低血压及新生儿脐血乳酸的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and glucose injection, as a new type of acetic acid crystal solution, has a more optimized electrolyte ratio than lactate Ringer solution.However, there is no study report on whether infusion of sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and glucose injection coload in spinal anesthesia for cesarean delivery can also effectively reduce the occurrence of hypotension and the effect on the internal environment of mothers and infants.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、年龄<19岁；
2、身高<150cm,体重<60kg,BMI ≥40 kg/m2；
3、已临产或有任何腰麻禁忌（如颅内压增高，凝血障碍，局部皮肤感染）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged < 19 years;
2. Height < 150cm, weight < 60kg, BMI >= 40 kg / m2;
3. Have been in labor or have any contraindications of spinal anesthesia (such as increased intracranial pressure, coagulation disorders, local skin infection).
