1.比较开腹与腹腔镜对胰十二指肠切除术中大网膜毛细血管内皮细胞形态与结构改变的影响 2.比较开腹与腹腔镜对胃癌根治术中大网膜毛细血管内皮细胞形态与结构改变的影响 3.比较胰十二指肠切除术和胃癌根治术中大网膜毛细血管内皮细胞形态与结构改变的影响，并比较其与术中持续性低血压的关系  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the changes of capillary endothelial cells in the greater omentum during pancreaticoduodenectomy 2. To compare the changes of capillary endothelial cells in the greater omentum during the radical gastrectomy 3.Association between consistent intraoperative hypotension and capillary endothelial cells in the greater omentum during pancreaticoduodenectomy

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

全身情况较差；合并严重心血管和肺疾病；严重动脉粥样硬化；长期血糖控制不佳；严重肝肾功能障碍；电解质紊乱；术中循环不稳（失血量>800ml）

Exclusion criteria：

Poor general condition severe cardiovascular or pulmonary disease, severe atherosclerosis, Long-term poor and glycemic control, severe hepatorenal dysfunction, acid-base and electrolyte disorders, perioperative hemodynamic instability (the intraoperative blood loss was more than 800ml)
