研究目的：

动脉粥样硬化是一种全身性疾病，动脉粥样硬化患者表现为多发血管床病变。研究表明，冠状动脉粥样硬化与颈动脉、脑动脉粥样硬化密切相关。因此，全面准确地评价心脑血管动脉粥样硬化的程度及其关系、早期干预、降低心脑血管事件的发生具有重要的临床意义。本前瞻性、随机、多中心临床研究的目的是探讨双源CT Flash模式单次增强心脏与头颈动脉联合扫描的可行性与准确性。

Objectives of Study：

Progression and instability of atherosclerotic plaques often occur simultaneously at multiple sites in the systemic vasculature. It has been shown that plaque formations in the carotid and coronary arteries are closely related[1] and have similar atherogenesis. Therefore, the simultaneous assessment of atherosclerosis in the carotid, cerebral, and coronary arteries is of great importance in the clinical practice. The aim of this prospective, randomised, multicentre clinical trial is to explore the feasibility and diagnostic accuracy of the one-step high-pitch protocol coronary combined with carotid-cerebrovascular CTA.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

心律不齐包括房颤、早搏，心率≥65 bpm，有对比剂过敏史，严重肝、肾功能不全病史（GFR<60ml/min），6个月冠状动脉PCI或搭桥病史，孕妇，或钙化积分>600。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria included: irregular heart rate including atrial fibrillation and premature ventricular contraction, HR≥65 bpm, allergies to iodine-based contrast agents, elevated serum creatinine level, creatinine clearance <60 ml per minute, cardiac surgery or intervention within 6 months, pregnancy, stents, bypass graft, or Agatston score >600.
