研究目的：

1、探讨不同通气模式对监测性麻醉下行气道介入治疗患者氧合的影响。 2、探讨不同通气模式对全麻下硬质气管镜患者氧合的影响。 3、根据血气分析结果，通过回归分析确定治疗硬质气管镜中低氧合的相关危险因素。 4、研究气管镜治疗时不良反应以及处理原则。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the influence of different ventilation modes on oxygenation of patients undergoing airway interventional therapy under monitored anesthesia. 2. To explore the influence of different ventilation modes on oxygenation of patients undergoing airway interventional therapy under general anesthesia. 3. According to the blood gas analysis results, the regression analysis was used to determine the risk factors of hypooxygenation in the treatment of airway interventional therapy. 4. To study the adverse reactions and treatment principles of airway interventional therapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 心功能呼吸功能衰竭患者；
(2) 昏迷；
(3) 气管切开、气管插管患者；
(4) 入室SPO2小于90%；
(5) 明显精神和神经系统疾病史；
(6) 镇静催眠药物服用史；
(7) 酒精滥用史；
(8) 术中改变麻醉方式者；
(9) 术毕气管插管返回ICU的患者；
(10) 术中大出血患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with cardiac and respiratory failure;
(2) Patients in coma;
(3) Patients with tracheostomy and endotracheal intubation;
(4) SPO2 below 90%;
(5) History of mental illness or nervous system disease;
(6) History of sedative and hypnotic medication;
(7) History of alcohol abuse;
(8) Changes in intraoperative anesthesia;
(9) Patients returned to ICU with endotracheal intubation after therapy;
(10) Massive intraoperative bleeding.
