研究目的：

探讨经典垂直切口和bikini（水平）切口对直接前入路全髋关节置换术术后功能康复，切口恢复的影响

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of traditional vertical incision and bikini (horizontal) incision on functional recovery and incision recovery after direct anterior approach total hip arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）对实验中使用药物过敏者；
（2）语言障碍及不能完成各种问卷评分者；
（3）手术侧肢体神经病变者；
（4）精神病患者;
（5）一期双侧全髋关节置换；
（6）严重骨质疏松；
（7）初次置换前有髋关节手术史；
（8）病因为髋关节感染治愈后继发骨关节炎。
（9）髂骨翼宽大或者髋臼后壁骨缺损的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to the drugs used in the experiment;
2. Language barrier and inability to complete a variety of questionnaire scoring;
3. Neuropathy of the limbs on the surgical side;
4. Mentally ill;
5. One-stage bilateral total hip arthroplasty;
6. Severe osteoporosis;
7. A history of hip surgery prior to the initial replacement;
8. The disease was caused by osteoarthritis secondary to hip joint infection;
9. A patient with a broad ilium wing or a defect in the posterior wall of the acetabulum.

Blinding：	This study was double-blind, with patients unaware of the grouping. The researcher who collected the postoperative results and the researcher who performed the statistical analysis were also unaware of the grouping results.
