研究目的：

本研究将通过随机对照研究的方法，客观评价置管引流、负压吸引治疗高位肛周脓肿的有效性和安全性；通过本研究以期形成高位肛周脓肿的规范化治疗方案；提高高位肛周脓肿临床疗效，降低高位复杂性肛瘘发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of catheter drainage and negative pressure suction in the treatment of high perianal abscess through a randomized controlled study. The aim of this study is to standardize the treatment of high perianal abscess. To improve the clinical effect of high perianal abscess and reduce the incidence of high complex anal fistula.
