研究目的：

此研究之目的為，針對踝部急性前距腓韌帶部分斷裂的病人，以接受類固醇局部注射的病人和對照組比較，觀察其效果和是否有副作用。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to compare the effect and complications between patients receiving steroid local injection and control group for acute ankle ATFL partial tear.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.復發性韌帶傷害
2.患處原本就具有其他疾患

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recurrent sprain injury;
2. Existing other ankle lesions.
